Team Collaboration

Invite colleagues to create and manage links, view analytics, and collaborate on campaigns from the same account.

How to invite a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team in your dashboard.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter their email address and select a role.
  4. They will receive an invitation email. Once accepted, they can access the shared account.

How to remove a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Find the member in the list and click the ⋯ menu next to their name.
  3. Select Remove from team and confirm.
  4. Their access is revoked immediately. Any links they created remain active and continue to belong to the account.
Only users with the Admin role can invite or remove team members. The account owner is always an Admin and cannot be removed.

* Total seats includes the account owner. For example, on Growth you can have the owner plus four invited members for a total of five seats.

Frequently asked questions

Does the account owner count toward the seat limit?

Yes. The seat count on each plan includes the account owner. On Growth (5 seats) you can invite 4 additional members; on Professional (15 seats) you can invite 14.

Can team members see all links in the account?

Yes. All team members have access to all links, regardless of who created them.

What happens to links created by a removed team member?

Links remain active and belong to the account. Removing a team member does not delete or deactivate their links.

Can I change a member's role after inviting them?

Yes. Go to Settings → Team, open the ⋯ menu next to the member, and choose Change role. Role changes take effect immediately.

Can I have separate workspaces for different clients or brands?

Not currently — each HikrLink account is a single workspace. Multi-workspace support is on the roadmap. For now, use custom domains and link tags to separate different brands within one account.
