On every plan
Some things are not tiered at all. These are included on Starter and every plan above it:
- Unlimited tracked clicks. No plan caps how many clicks are counted.
- Server-side click tracking, so ad blockers and Safari cannot interfere.
- Clicks broken down by device, browser, country and referrer, with a CSV download from the analytics page.
- Smart links: route a visitor by country, device, language or time of day.
- The AI assistant connector, for creating and analysing links from inside Claude or another MCP client.

Team members and agency sub-accounts are Enterprise features and are not part of any self-serve plan. A custom domain starts on Pro, and an account holds one.
Support response times are targets during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+4). Support is by email and in-app ticket.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and select your plan. Annual billing costs 15% less than twelve monthly payments.
Frequently asked questions
Does HikrLink include analytics on the free tier?
Yes. Starter includes per-link click counts with the device, browser, country and referrer breakdowns, and no plan limits how many clicks are counted. What differs by plan is how far back the history goes.
How does HikrLink Pro compare?
HikrLink Pro is $29/month, and what it buys over Starter is room and depth: ten times the links, 90 days of history instead of 30, unlimited QR codes with SVG, API access, and an email support target of 24 hours.
Can I downgrade after upgrading?
Yes. You can downgrade at the end of your billing period. Your links remain active, you return to the creation limits of your new plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, at any time, with no notice period. Cancel using the Manage subscription link in your Paddle purchase confirmation email, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy for full details.
