On every plan
Some things are not tiered at all. These are included on Starter and every plan above it:
- Unlimited tracked clicks. No plan caps how many clicks are counted.
- Server-side click tracking, so ad blockers and Safari cannot interfere.
- Smart links: route a visitor by country, device, language or time of day.
- The AI assistant connector, for creating and analysing links from inside Claude or another MCP client.
- One custom domain of your own, connected with a CNAME record.
- Link expiry scheduling, and bulk import with CSV export.

Team members and agency sub-accounts are Enterprise features and are not part of any self-serve plan. An account holds one custom domain, on any plan.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and select your plan. Annual billing is available at approximately 20% off the monthly rate.
Frequently asked questions
Does HikrLink include analytics on the free tier?
Yes. Starter includes per-link click counts, and no plan limits how many clicks are counted. What differs by plan is how far back the history goes and how much detail it carries.
How does HikrLink Pro compare?
HikrLink Pro is $29/month, and what it buys over Starter is room and depth: ten times the links, 90 days of history instead of 30, per-device and per-location breakdowns, unlimited QR codes with SVG, and API access.
Can I downgrade after upgrading?
Yes. You can downgrade at the end of your billing period. Your links remain active — you return to the creation limits of your new plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, at any time, with no notice period. Cancel using the Manage subscription link in your Paddle purchase confirmation email, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy for full details.
